We have discovered over the years that it is frustrating to a customer who needs to ask “How do I” type questions and is told “That is not support it is consultancy”. Especially when the customer knows that a consultant could answer the query very quickly and they do not want to book a whole day for such a quick question / resolution. What usually happens therefore is a customer will stack up several of these requests and finally book a days consultancy hoping that they will receive value for money in keeping the consultant busy all day.

With every solution TrustedBI deliver we produce thorough documentation which allows our Application Support staff to know everything there is to know about your environment. A question can be a quick “How do I” type question regarding the implemented solution or application to the installation of a new service pack.

 

A support package that fits your requirement.

All questions are logged and if a question only takes 10 minutes to ask and resolve then that is all will be utilised from the Application Support units. Support units can be ´topped up´ at anytime and we will carry over unused units to the following year. We will also provide you with a utilisation summary every quarter.
